Onsite training for both staff and Physicians using EHR for Modernizing Medicine or NextGen medical software. Develop workflows specific for each Client before Go Live or while on-site, provide group and one on one training with staff/provider. Keep detailed records for each project and report back to the team daily. Report issues to IT Department when a software problem fix needed to be escalated. Track time, per diem and travel reports.
