•Controlled processes with ethanol piping via PC, gathered samples and preformed lab tests. Various other manual labor on site.

Plas-tec Engineering: Lake Geneva WI. -Clean Room Lead (April 2022-July 2023)

Manufacturing of plastic injection molding and assembly of Equinox Syringes for global distribution.

•ISO certified Class 6 clean room environment which complied with company polies and procedures.

•Completed successful line start-up and line clearance of various products and orders per customer demand.

•Cross trained assemblers and packers whom maintained a clean and organized work environment.

•Conducted daily, weekly and monthly cleaning protocols of a Class 6 Clean Room. Monitored safety, protocol and validation of new material, equipment and products.

•Solder of 14 pin connectors under a high powered microscope which were attached to cannulas used to manufacture cancer probes.

•Adhered to detailed instructions for product used for ablation of tumors in kidneys, lungs, and liver.

•Maintained equipment by completing preventative maintenance procedures, and maintained inventory, troubleshot faulty equipment and positioned subassemblies using templates for reading measurement specifics.

GE Healthcare - Madison, WI - Anesthesia Machine Assembler (October 2018-February 2020)

•Assembled machines according to job requirements per FDA in numerous areas and departments.

•Tested finished products for compliance, tolerances and overall quality. Notified engineering of errors and discrepancies.
