Assignments, HVAC maintenance and repair, energy management and tenant
issues for thirty-two floor high-rise building in downtown Denver.
United Parcel Service, Front-line Supervisor, August 1990-December 2000. Supervised a variety of hub operations: unload, secondaries, outbound belts, small sort debag and primary, load planning, recruiting, United Way facilitator, and aircraft load operation.
Wayland Baptist University-San Antonio Campus, Assistant Dean, January, 2001-October 2011. Responsible for building class rotation and schedule, recruiting and evaluating faculty, facility and grounds maintenance, student and faculty issues, and denominational and civic relations.
