Experience... Worked for Newport Naval Base Chow Hall. Duties Included making sure food is properly prepped for the line cooks, checking temperatures on the line,preparing all desserts & salad preparation.Proper setting on tables,filling & refilling of all condiments.Duties also included bringing all trays, silverware to scullery as well as taking clean trays etc back in there proper places in chow hall. Cleanliness of all areas in the building after all shifts!
