General Manager Tender Greens in Santa Monica-

October 2022- to present

My role as GM is to be a culture leader and operate a business that is welcoming, runs efficiently, is successful and creates a safe environment for both my team and guests

My main objectives as a leader have been to build excellence in all departments by utilizing systems and leading in the front with empathy.

I work daily to perform according to our brand standard, deliver great service, serve quality food that is both safe and delicious as well as beautiful. This required great flexibility and patience in an ever-changing world.

I am in charge of hiring, validating training, scehduling, and discipline of 25-30 employees including a team of 4 manager roles. I am in charge of forecasting sales, scheduling.

SInce my start at Tender Greens in Santa Monica, I have delivered a 7.2% 4 wall for P! And a 7.2% 4 wall for P2. I pride my self in the ability to build teams that will drive sales, as well as manage the buiness in a profitable way.

General Manager-

Le Quotidien Studio CIty-2018-2022

-Oversee the hiring and training as well as discipline of the various restaurant departments.

-Responsible for Managing, hiring, and conducting training validation for 22-30 employees including two assistant managers and a kitchen manager.

-In charge of the weekly schedule for all departments while observing labor budgets, sales projections, as well as sales trends, held accountable for accuracy in forecasting and performance by DM and DO.

-Create a yearly budget (in Q4) for sales, cogs, Labor, OPEX and submit to corporate for approval. I utilized YoY data and current sales trends as well as (during covid) take into consideration the economic environment as well as the local policy.

-Drive sales, manage labor, control Cogs and operational expenses, and coach and develop the management team to achieve the desired results.

-I pride myself in the ability to make meaningful connections with guest and therefore build loyal clientele over the years. I have consistently built catering sales via proper execution, networking, as well as done community outreach to bring in business.
