OBJECTIVE:

Recently laid off from a 23 year career at Elevance Health/Anthem/WellPoint Blue Cross Blue Shield, looking for a Perm (15-20 years) full time remote position where I can utilize my agile skills and training as a SPC6, RTE, CSM, POPM, CSPO, LPM, EPIC Owner, SP and SA, coordination skills, Technical and Business Architectural experience, leadership qualities, and enterprise, knowledge, experience to bring IT and business together as a single operational unit all striving for the same common goal. My Agile Certifications coupled with my Architect skills, BA/SA/BSA and PM skills along with the ability to perform the tasks of IT and Business leads simultaneously, an expert in Jira/Jira Align/Confluence building complex and customized structure boards, dashboards, automation linking Jira to Confluence and Training. I am an expert in release and change management as well as SDLC, security, AWS/ On and off prem. I have several years of experience in IT and business including architecture, developing training documents and Setting up Agile Portfolios, ARTs and managing teams/ARTs and portfolios, removing impediments, tracking dependencies and defects. All of which makes me an ideal candidate to secure a position, with room for advancement, with an established organization.

Time Line

01/2010 – 10/2023 Agile Certified SAFe SM/RTE/STE/SPC6 Agile Coach

Agile SAFe RTE/SPC6 Agile Coach. Considered an Expert when it comes to SAFe . Launched 17 Agile portfolios, 87 agile ARTS, 1156 Agile Teams (both Scrum and Kanban) and trained over 3500 associates in SAFe Agile. Primary trainer for Agile tools Jira/Jira Align, Confluence and SAFe Certifications including RTE, POPM, Scrum Master, Advanced SM, Epic Owner, LPM, Architect, and Leading SAFe . Ran Solution intent and PI Planning, ART and Portfolio Syncs, EPIC Owner- Enterprise Architect for EPICs and PM-Solution Architect calls for coordination and solutioning. Insured EPIC and Feature points were captured from each ART (EPIC Level) and Feature Level each team. Removed impediments, tracked ART level velocity and capacity for Teams on the ART and as STE Same for the ARTS in the portfolio. Release Management and supervised SIT and UAT for the scrum teams. All SAFe Certifications for all roles updated to 6.0 and training enablement’s. Most of my roles over the past 15-17 years have been performing multiple roles at the same time. As a SM/RTE responsible for working with release management for release coordination. SM- Creating Sprint and release reports, RTE creating PI and objective reports as well as reporting and running Art Syncs. Dependency and defect ROI calls. As STE Portfolio Sync, Cross ART impacted system calls. Ensuring all ARTs and teams were in compliance and following SDLC policies and security/release compliance requirements.

01/2010 – 10/2023 - Certified Product/Solution Manager/Product Director EPIC Owner/ PO/SM

19 years’ experience as a business and IT Project manager and Agile Product Manager/Director/LPM, responsible for the Portfolio, ART and Team back log, met with Sr level (directors and above) to define EPICs and work with Enterprise Architecture on design based on use cases and customer Journey maps to update or develop the portfolio road map. As PD (EPIC Owner) participated in Solution Intent with Enterprise Architect. Once the Epic was defined and a suction defined, I would then work with other Product Managers/Directors from other ARTs (teams) in the portfolio (on and off train teams) to explain the business need and the solution so that, as PM's we could write Features, identify dependencies, and insure timing for delivery. PM's would then meet with solution Architects from their ART and drive a solution which would then be reviewed by business leaders for sign off and hand off to the PO's and teams. I was also responsible for the overall road map from a EPIC level and insuring all teams were identified, documented and tracked on the road map for dependencies, writing and defining OKR's and KPI's, training other PM's and PO's and Epic Owners in Agile, For 3 years I also had the role of RTE/STE while being a PM, I ran the PIPE and SI events as well as participated with my agile teams as the PM. RTE/STE/SM coached team members on SDLC and SAFe removed impediments, monitored velocity/capacity, defect, and dependency management. performed Demos at a sprint level. participated in PI planning.

02/2007 – 01/2010 - Manager Enterprise TAG (Technical Architecture team)

Managed 17 solution Architects and 7 Enterprise Architects. Scheduled Architects to projects depending on project on project needs and architect experience. Created, Coached/Mentored and reviewed solution diagrams, SCD, DFD, heatmaps and a verity of other solution architecture documents. Trained FTEs on SDLC, HIPPA, DOI, CMS guidelines etc. performed all levels of architecture as needed. As a solution lead Architect - I work with business PM's to understand the business ask and develop solutions to meet their needs while adhering to budget and time frames. I create Heat maps, Solution Context diagrams and verity of diagrams to showcase the vision of the solution to gain business approval. I have also led enterprise and application architecture design workshops that bring business requirements to the IT development teams, successfully delivered several multi-million-dollar projects in all areas of the enterprise, claims, membership, provider, product, and ITS national accounts.

09/2000 – 02/2007 - Claims, Member, Provider and UM Rep/BA/SA
