In 1999, I was honored to be given the opportunity to become the Executive Director and Coordinator for the Miss Maryland State Chili Pepper Pageant for the Ali Ghan Shrine Temple.

As the bartender position I also took drink orders and prepared our signature beverages as well as following recipes, upholding company specifications and standards, and keeping the bar stocked and clean as well as taking tables.

I was also responsible for preparing all procedure rooms, meeting with drug reps, and placing orders.
