1) Proposed the upgrading of the powerhouse from single phase to three phases since they were facing power instability which was adopted and successfully implemented. 2) Proposed and designed the upgrading of the pump house and pump utilities to a bigger size since the existing ones were undersized hence they were burning frequently we installed and sorted out the issue.
3) Introduced the use of drives (VSD/VFD) on pumps and motors especially at the Tannery and Leather factory in Ewaso Ng'iro Centre which helped to cut the cost of electricity bills by 30%.
4) Proposed and Designed a Grid-Tied Solar PV for the Tannery and Leather factory in Ewaso Ng'iro Centre which has been fully installed hence the factory is now depending 40% on Solar Energy.
5) Introduced and installed Energy Management System (EMS) since they entirely relied on KPLC bills.
