This role has full stack of responsibility which starts at inception of an opportunity and continues through opportunity reviews, capture planning, proposal planning, proposal preparation, reviews and approvals, proposal delivery, oral presentations, contract negotiation, contract award, and handover to delivery (operational implementation).

As leader and facilitator of a matrix team, coordinate with all internal stakeholders such as the Sales Team, Finance/Contracts/Legal Team, interdisciplinary Subject Matter Experts, Marketing Team, and third-party vendors and subcontractors. This also includes providing leadership and participation with teams in other Allegis Group subsidiaries, EMEA, and Asia Pacific to develop, implement, manage, and enhance cohesive, efficient, and effective global full stack processes and best practices.

As a Sr. Proposal Manager, additional responsibilities include:

Creation of the Position Descriptions for the roles within the Global Services Proposal Center, worked with the team and management to gain formal approval from Human Resources for use in recruiting, training (new and concurrent), and building a professional development roadmap and pipeline for the workgroup

Leading a cross functional workgroup to improve Business Development Life Cycle processes and approaches to capture, proposal development and contract development practices which involves collaboration with technical teams and non- technical teams; development of artifacts, processes and training

First point of contact for Request for Proposals (and related derivatives thereof) for Global Services; includes producing multiple documents in different formats including draft Work Orders and Statements of Work

First point of escalation to resolve internal challenges to pursuits (e.g. people, process, or technology)

oProject Manager for the company’s initiative to re-develop the work proposal process through business development and engineering workgroups, including the selection and implementation of software solutions (Deltek GovWin), design and implementation of application, development and delivery of training modules and workshops.

oProject Manager for Deltek GovWin Phase II to include incorporating workflows, processes, procedures from Contracts and Finance into GovWin; identify touch points with other Deltek products (Finance); design and implementation of application, development and delivery of training modules and workshops.

oProject Manager for the company’s initiative to incorporate an automated pricing solution for Basis of Estimate (BOE) and System and Product Support requests; design and implement to integrate with existing applications, development and delivery of training modules and workshops.

oCoordinate the internal development of marketing communications for sales and operations; update, print and create sales and operations support materials (product data sheets), and white paper development for various corporate audiences.

Directed special projects (legal, sales, and human resources) and served as the primary point of contact for Boeing Acquisitions and ILS Properties while supervising a corporate receptionist and other four other administrative personnel.

Managed and accounted for the individual operations workgroups and overarching operations expense and capital budgets in excess of $2M. Executed distribution agreements with suppliers and customers.

Provided administrative support to the Senior Vice President and staff which included conference hosting and meeting / teleconference coordination. Prepared and transferred real estate documentation to Boeing Realty.

Notable Projects

oDirected a $5 million corporate office, data center, and central warehouse relocation project to an 180,000 square foot facility for a leading aircraft parts distributor, which was completed on time and 20% under budget.

oWorked exclusively with Aviall legal and Boeing legal representatives for due diligence concerning the acquisition, Aviall employee system access to Boeing

systems, compliance, contracts (military/government and commercial) and business development.

oCreated various levels of RFI and RFP responses, which included workin with

secure sites for multiple entities, interdepartmental coordination, contract review, and research.

oUnder Aviall legal and outside counsel direction, created exhibits used in an extension on the ground lease for the corporate office and central warehouse at DFW Airport.
