Excavator Duties

• Follow company policies by performing thorough equipment inspection prior to and after each shift.

• Operating heavy equipment in compliance with company’s policy and procedure.

• Observe potential hazards and obstruction to minimize safe working conditions.

• Confirmed adherence to safety protocols by team members and followed strict measures to avoid accidents and injuries.

Control back-hoe, trench-digging attachment, and lift-scoop attachment to dig and backfill trenches.

Wear proper PPE including supply air mask to facilitate maximum safety during hazardous chemical loading.

Run excavator to dig and remove any contaminate dirt or soil on location or around well heads or underground pipes.

Comply with all Safety standards.

Communicate constantly with the shift supervisor and logistics coordinator to ensure an efficient flow of materials as required.

Utilize GPS for exactitude in handling and loading materials. Shovel Duties

Operate shovels to efficiently load trucks with materials and waste; and perform other tasks, as required.
