Manage 3 main 24\7 Warehouse Operations of a total of 88 people dedicate to Customer Service, Warehouse, Inventory Distribution, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Loss Control in Latin America & Caribbean Region.

Support manufacturing process for compliance with necessary requirements and regulatory protocols such like FDA, GSP compliance, ISO, GMP, ICH Q9, ICH Q8 and Q10, CFR, HACCP, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TQM, SPC, QSR, etc.…Specially for Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Consumer companies such like Zimmer, Biomet, Medtronic, Ortho-clinical Diagnostics, McNeil, Janssen, Ethicon, Merck, Advance Sterilization Products, COKE, Pepsi, P&G, Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Pan-American Grain, & Amgen just to mention some.

Served as New Product Development, Sales support and advisor for the Food, Detergents & Personal Care Divisions resulting in improve Products Formulations, reduce packages cost, improving on time delivery, reduce product damage and develop new process for warehouse orders accuracy reducing discrepancies and customer claims – credits.

Evaluation ran throughout supply chain to optimize all company resources and provide customer service at required levels. Managed research and development of new surfactants and specialties, as well as all plastics design for packaging components in Injection and Blow Molding procedures. Designed and implemented packaging improvements and specifications, and served as Technical Support in production procedures, packaging and logistics.
