PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

MCR Federal, McLean, VA Feb 2013 – Aug 2021

Senior Associate – Develop, manage, and coordinate the transition plan for depot maintenance support of the Gray Eagle Depot Level Repairable. Provide assistance to the sustainment division during development and fielding of the Gray Eagle system. Develop the Software Post Deployment Support plan and the Core Depot Analysis for software. Assist in writing and developing Statements of Work for Gray Eagle support. Monitor and review contract deliverable information such as Logistics Management Information (LMI) data, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) and Provisioning data. Perform Technical Evaluations for contract proposals. Oct 2019 transitioned to Systems Dynamics International and continued to work with Gray Eagle as the senior analyst for deployment and sustainment of the Mobile Data Archival Retrieval Tactical (MDAR-T) system. It was new to the Army and had to be deployed to soldiers and soldiers were trained to use the system and maintain it. I performed this task to include budgeting and sourcing the funds for the system and developing a depot support source for the system.

Logistics Manager, Iraq – Managed all logistics functions for the US Embassy Air wing throughout Iraq; maintained Assets for fleet of 5 ea DHC-8 fixed wing aircraft, 15 ea S-61 helicopters, 16 ea UH-1 helicopters and 4 ea MD-530 helicopters; secured 16,000+ lines of property and 8,000+ lines of repair parts; managed a staff of 43 personnel consisting of Logistics personnel and Supervisors; maintained support using commercial and FAA rules for aircraft parts and materials. managed shipping and receiving, property accountability, warehouse and storage, Stock Control functions, and unit supply functions at four sites; opened close communications with Management in CONUS and Senior Management in Iraq to ensure that all logistics functions were accomplished; coordinated with commercial carriers such as FEDEX, DHL and local movers to move parts and materials from CONUS to all sites throughout Iraq.

As Theater Aviation Support Manager (TASM) for Afghanistan, expedited submission of requisitions and expedited parts to receipt for all AOG requests; provided assistance daily to the Tech Supply sections and the SSA to ensure proper packaging, all necessary documentation was prepared, and that the recoverable retrograde items were not delayed at the unit and SSA levels; tracked items to the departure from Theatre; provided weekly reports to TASM Leadership in Balad and communicated with the Aviation Item Managers as frequently as necessary to ensure immediate support; monitored and managed the Special tools and the Aviation Stay Behind Equipment.

Department of the Army Civilian, Army Material Command Aug 1985 – Jun 2004

Senior Logistics Management Specialist, retired from DA Service as a GS-13 at Rock Island Arsenal, IL. During the 19 years I served as a DA Civilian, I served with distinction as a Supply Specialist for Aviation Publications and Distribution to all Army Aviation units world-wide. I also provided Notices to Airmen (NOTAMS) updates for Army Aviation. The majority of my experiences were as logistics assistance to military units in combat and combat service support in theatre and from CONUS. I developed Strategic Logistics Plans, Support Plans Operations Plans, Concept Plans and Disaster Relief plans for Army Materiel Command for deployment and support operations. Deployed with combat units and lived with the units during deployment to operational areas during Desert Storm, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Managed Logistics support for deployed units and soldiers during this period.
