Work History

Sedona Staffing – Clerical Devisal Manger (January 2021- May 2022)

Lead and team of fifteen Staffing Mangers. Taught and lead the team to communicate to outside and internal performers. Was involve them in team leadership, as well as developing a contained relation within the community through marketing and maintaining connections though out my several years. Worked as an advocate to maintain the high level of business as they were recovering from Covid. Continued to establish those relationships not just professionally but as well as having a meaningful purpose. I was able to retain my team as well as my business and growth through my marking to keep relationships by 89.2%. I built upon the opportunity to drive deep into what really mattered and restoring was a purpose. Increased the quarter two by 26 percent. 150 candidates out to work. Successfully converted over 25 candidates for OfficeTeam in my time there. My team
