Talent Acquisition Partner August 2021- November 2023

Responsibilities: Recruiting both exempt salaried, and nonexempt hourly professionals for multiple manufacturing roles. Served as a hiring Partner for Hiring Managers, and managed upwards to 35 requisition per week. Provided sourcing support in the areas of both software development and clinical research. I was Hired on directly after 3 months to a direct hire capacity role with Globus Medical As a Talent Acquisition Partner, where my primary focus had been CNC machinist and Manufacturing professionals for Globus Medical’s recently relocated production facility in Limerick PA. In 2023, my responsibilities shifted to servicing Globus Medicals surgical Robotics division in Methuen, MA.
