Quality Assurance Technician most recently involved in R&D for new and existing components and manufactured devices, product development qualification protocols.

Technical writing includes: Quality System Procedures, Process Control Plans, Work Instructions, Training Documents.

Other duties included Document Control, promoting and maintaining CGMP, maintaining traceability documentation, involved with Inventory Management and logistics, environmental testing, sample collection for heavy metals testing, data collection/entry and statistical analysis utilizing Minitab, CIM, oversaw two quality assurance labs on site -during my shifts. Responsible for generating product Certificates of Compliance for domestic and international shipments, worked closely with Shipping and Receiving, performed incoming inspection on all relevant materials, and maintained shipping records. I was an Internal Quality Auditor and ISO Auditor with over 25 years of experience in each area. I am an effective communicator, and can convey clear, concise, accurate information both verbally and in writing, having worked with Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling, Quality, and Project managers as well as customers and vendors. Working within timelines and schedules with deadlines was part of the criteria.
