Ensured that Zambia’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations had an effective Annual Plan, budgeted accordingly, Human Resources Management system, functional Transport, supervised 20 local Staff and 15 international staff.

Coordinated the preparations of the Zambia’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations Budget that guaranteed advance financial mobilization and cost-effective utilization of resources.

Managed effectively human resources of the Zambia’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations that derived the optimum utilization of the work force.

Regularly ensured that Mission of Zambia Asserts are timely maintained and guaranteed readily availability to facilitate efficient and effective management of the Mission.

United States Peace Corps, Lusaka, Zambia

Coordinated the Pre-service training for America Peace Corps Volunteers

Conducted preliminary needs assessment and participated in pre-service Trainers of Trainers planning workshops and prepared the training manuals.

Effectively Co-Facilitated 4 Pre-Service Trainings, built relationships with more than 100 trainees, and conducted trainee interviews and successfully mentored more than 20 sessions for trainee evaluation.

Co-facilitated the more than 10 trainings that effectively prepared Peace Corps education volunteers to work in 6 provinces of Zambia, through Program Design and Management workshops, and Mid-Term and Close of Service Conferences for Peace Corps volunteers.

Managed 50 volunteer placement and supervision maintained good relations with host country educational counter parts (Ministry of Education) and developed and maintained database of site development.

Designed more 20 training sessions and logistics as needed. Served as focal point person for Gender and Development for Peace Corp Zambia, facilitated gender and development sessions during volunteer pre-service trainings. Conducted Volunteer site visits that provided personal and technical support as needed.
