Works closely with operations, lease administration, construction and legal, as well as with landlords and property owners, coordinating and achieving company goals. Have developed positive relationships with developers and brokers to meet company goals. Adept at making corporate presentations to the real estate committee, negotiating with landlords on existing space. Able to abstract leases and provide pertinent data to respective departments, including review of title matters, declarations affecting operating facilities, SNDA’s and estoppel certificates.
