Summery and WORKING EXPERIENCE IN INJECTION

Responsible to achieve production according to provided plan without any electrical & mechanically issue down time.

Monitor product quality and productivity by implementing improvement plan to achieve quality standards and efficiency.

Planning and execution of Maintenance according to the schedule.

Perform detailed maintenance of mold change over Hot Runners and troubleshoot its relevant issues when required.

Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and processes to ensure best practices.

Mould changeovers according to recommended standard procedure like sensor heating connectors and wire addressing

Good understanding of technical drawings such as Hydraulics, Pneumatic and Electrical. Troubleshoot faults according to it.

Detail understanding of Dryer and Dehumidifier along with its Process (Plastic system, Piovan, Motan eisbar )

Maintaining Spare stock and ensuring availability of Spare parts on time.

Ensure food and health safety standards, Identify potential hazards and secure preventive measures to eliminate or reduce risk.

Develop and Implement ISO Standard procedures to have a better controlled environment.

Working experience on different types of injection molding machines such as (Husky G-Line, Hypet-300, Hypet-400, netstal AG pet line

Maintaining Spare stock and ensuring availability of Spare parts on time.

Implementation of all forms of effective monitoring and maintenance programs.

Ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance of Injection molding machines according to the Maintenance schedule.

Maintain spare stock. Negotiate with suppliers and procure equipment and part at optimum cost.

Check manually the operation and travel of control and ON/OFF valves.

During start up trouble shooting.
