Stated Nutrition • Bellevue, Wa • Jan 2016 - Present Manufacturer specializing in clinically dosed, nutraceutical (functional ingredient-infused) RTD beverages, confections, frozen treats, and CPG sports nutrition products.

CEO / Founder

• Leveraging market trends and consumer insights, I spearheaded the end-to-end launch of BCAA Water®, the world's first clinically dosed, zero-calorie RTD beverage, achieving milestones such as establishing a competitive advantage along with proof of concept, raising investment capital, and pioneering the development of a new product category.

• Established and licensed a portfolio of patented CPG powdered supplements, including brought to shelf lines, Foundation®, RAW, All-Day®, and Strong Revive™. Successfully formulated and diversified product offerings by introducing new delivery modes, including effervescent tablets, frozen treats, and gummy products.

• Led procurement and supply chain negotiations, resulting in a 40-100% reduction in the COG for base and active ingredients. Formed key partnerships with manufacturers to lower MOQ requirements, increasing economies of scale for new development. Overcame licensing restrictions to successfully introduce Astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant, as a key ingredient in the first commercial sports supplement of its kind.

• Oversaw functional design and material selection for primary and secondary packaging; improving product stability in beverages by<55% in shelf studies with the use of eco-friendly packaging to reduce carbon footprint in production by 80% and a 45% cost reduction in storage / distribution.

• Successfully led 0-1 product campaign launches by managing all aspects, including influencer partnerships, sales funnels, customer avatar development, target marketing, affiliate marketing, and digital content management. Implemented effective SEO/SMO strategies, resulting in substantial boosts in page views, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates in sales.

• Directed feasibility, formulation, and production processes, overseeing aspects such as the efficacy of ingredient decks, stability, active ingredient pairing/masking/solubility, flavor profiles, clinical claims, supplement labeling and compliance with state, government, FDA, wholefoods, and other regulatory standards.

• Recruited and led business development teams in DTC and B2B channels. Identified new market opportunities, partnerships, and implemented targeted sales strategies to expand the company's client base and secure major contracts to drive growth.

• Managed all U.S. Customs import and export activities for manufacturing of water and powder production. Oversaw construction management, designs, and blueprinting for all food-grade equipment, including 1000G stainless mixing tanks, UV/10,000GPM RO systems, liquid/powder filling machines, powder blenders, labeling, spout/capping and filling machines.
