- operator(technician) in phosphoric acid plant (PAPmini hydrate) Reaction and filtration area as operation with two filters. raw materials are: Rock phosphate,Sulfuric acid, Recycle acid This kind of reaction is used with high temperature reaction 94 to 96 temp Also, There are four reactor to reduce CaO to minimum, race SO4 free from R2. we use on the ir reactor deformers which is reduce the foam in the reactor, increase reaction.(H2SO4+recycle acid come down togother with acid mixer ? to reduce H2SO4 concentration which is coming to reactor,زrecycle acid was nesassary to made slarry in reactor R2, circulation pump nesassary to mixing the content

the gases which is go from reactors go to three stage of washing scrubber: venture area: when the gases wasn't solute this gases go to secondary stage scrubber after that go to final stage scrubber

,we see the (HF) gasess refuse washing on the final stage scrubber. will be product fluosilicate acid(FSA) on the second stage scrubber these acid used in (PAP) to clean the line in concentration area and raw material in alminuim fluoride plant. slarry go to the filter by bumping from reactor R2, filters separate the contents of slarry,the acid coming down to seal tank then go to storage tank,and the gypsum still up the filter then go to gypsum area concentration area:

in this area we race P2O5 from phosphoric acid by champer (boiler) from 42% to 56% by heating the acid with heat exchanger and superheating steam then to store 56% in export tank to trans outside Gypsum area :We throw the gypsum on the valley by convyors Rock phosphate : raw material to reactor

Cooling Tower: reduce the temperature of process water and reduce the acidic water and return back to the plant whith Three pond pumps : 1-sarface water pump 2-pond water pump 3- standby pump Jordan phosphate mines complex company (JPMC)

Sulfaric acid plant :

I work (S.A.P) sulfur acid plant in milted area (operator) Melter area content three pit sulfur, main sulfur pit content main agitator, 8 coil works by DE superheating with T= 108 - 120c(sulfer solution) Description process :we add (S)solid to main pit to seluite from solid to lickuid then it overflow to concentrate pit then overflow to filter pit will be pumping to filter in filter separate the ash from the sulfur then sulfur go to storage and ash till in the filter, we removed ash when we open filter: S

+ O2= SO2 SO2+ 1/2 O2= SO3 SO3+ H2O= H2SO4 (98.5 concentrate).

In reactor NH3 attack H3PO4 and recycle acid available to made production mini ammonium phosphate. mini phosphate(slarry) are necessary to easy pumping to granulator and will be complete the reaction die ammonium phosphate by react ammonium sparger and P2O5 with Slarry in the Granulater this reaction going out the temp the job from Granulater made crystallizer of DAP with different size Before we start the plant must be dryer AMB=16 After Granulate the material go to dryer to removed the moisture from( 20 to 8)%. then to lamp racker to broken the big mass after to the dryer elevator then screen feed convoyer after that go to double dick screen to separate DAP size: normal size go cooler to reduce the phosphate temp then go to the polishen screen to final separate size and go to storage then to the ship. butt fine and oversize go to chain mill then to recycle conveyor after go to recycle elevator then to granulator. In wett section they are three stage to washing gasess and dedusting:

-All gases from reactor, recycle tank, dusting from dryer,granulator and cooler go together to venture, secondary and tail gas for washing the gasess

-NH3 which is needed to DAP must be comfort gas from lickuid by gone to the vaporizer to race the temp to 8 . . . . . . degrees then go to reactor

-NH3 area :

- ** There are tow tanks: every tank contant three safty valve to keep the constant pressure and temp in the tank

- ** (temp=-33 c,p =(-5 to 95) mbar

-There are three safty valve on the top of the tank these safty open when the press increase 125 mbar to allow NH3 gasess go out to outside, If press decreese -5 mbar safty valve open to bring air inside (made balancing press Inside the tank.also when the temp increase that meaning increase the press

- ** there are tow comprosser which is take NH3 gasess from tank,made reduce temp,return back to tank(lickuid) Beneficiation plant :

When rock phosphate coming from mines this phosphate content slime, wood, reject

* First collect rock phosphate in big piles by distribution in blinding yard then trans it to the beneficiation plant to:

-Drum scrubber: in this scrubber phosphate put and water (1/1)liter, in this stage we separate the wood and stone up (5m) and removed it outside the plant by reject conveyor.

-The solution phosphate gone to the first wash stage which is remove the slime about 50 percent solution in the first cyclone.

- slime gone to thickener, in thickener affect settling the slime, then go to the dessert by three pump hi voltage.

- Phosphate continue to second stage wash, in this stage we remove 80 percent slime.

- A1,A2 gone to final stage wash, then to filter due to this phosphate not constant high silica, then go to wet yard storage.

- A3 contain hi silica must be to hidrosizer to separate fine, course fine and coarse go to the cells we need this stage to remove the silica thin silica go to silica filter and removed to reject conveyer after that to the desert wett yard blending yard there are collection the phosphate Firefighting Unit

The firefighting unit contant three pumps available (jockey pump, electrical pump,diesel pump,water storage tank) Jockey pump : to keep the steady press in the lines network (setpoint press around 4.5-7.5 bar press) Electrical pump :will be start auto when the press coming down in the network under 4.5 bar ( press in this pump=(4.2- 14)bar)

That’s meaning some hydrant,cannon open water this due to decrease the press from network and Jockey pump cant controlling the press,and it need other pump to help it to race the press Diesel pump : it will be start auto when the powerfailure come. This pump work from diesel( similar car motor) Press pump setpoint start (4-14)bar etc Water storage tank :capacity 500m3

WATER TREATMENT UNIT),

1 material collect in feeding bit(room) -in this bit avielable two vortable pump (working principle : grinding the hard piece)and transfer the liequid to collecter bitt. 2-matireal collect in collecter bitt then the fine material overflow to reaction bitt in this area we added bacteria to eaten the hard piece, becuese the system was closing (born temp),and blower pump working constantly in this bitt(bring air) will be work to reproduction the bacteria then the material pumping to collector bitt then to sand filter to separate a small piece then to irrigation bitt In irrigation bitt we added fresh water to reduce the concentration coller,wastle,finnaly pumping to the land,trees etc

Sand filtter must be make flushing from time to time to keep work good constantly THE END
