● Building, and maintaining roadmaps across multiple teams, whilst accounting for both internal, and external quarterly requests.

● Working with internal, and external business units, across 3 continents, to ensure appropriate work priorities align with the needs of the business.

● Writing, clarifying, and refining both internal, and external project requests with Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, and appropriate stakeholders to determine actionable work streams, and timeline estimates.

● Weekly alignment with internal engineers to ensure work is fully understood, and how it is relevant to the business unit, and company as a whole.
