Ecobat decided to move from SAP ECC and 25 instances of AS/400 legacy systems to one instance of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (AZURE).

RISE with SAP is a Business Transformation as a Service (BTaaS) product that focusses on shifting customers into SAP cloud product infrastructure. It is a step-by-step acceleration of digital transformation, including evaluating current process to optimize them for updated cloud-based infrastructure.

Ecobat Technologies implemented S4 HANA using SAP Activate Methodology across all its IT landscape around globe. It was a brownfield implementation project based out off Dallas, USA and I was a part of implementation partner team from YASH Technologies. I worked in all phases right from Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run Phases.

NEXT ERP Recharge is a Sigma Aldrich company ERP/SAP system project, the scope of project is an Integration and deployment of ongoing development and enhancement of process and technical functional requirements of manufacturing plant and site. NEXT ERP Recharge program is an ERP/SAP management application. Major Process – Quality and Regulations- Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Global Trade systems (GTS), Quality management (QM) and Manage to Activate(M2A). Order to Cash & logistics – Sale order and excellence-SD, Transport Management (TM), Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM), eCommerce(B2B), Lead to Order and Order to Cash subsystems process (SAP FICO). Functional Process - account to report(A2R), account to pay, Buy Direct/BUY Indirect sub system process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for an implementation and adapting various Project Management process, such as Risk Management, Issue Management, Dependency Management and Change Control, Solution Development Methodology (SDM), Stakeholder Management, Communications, Research Tax Credit, Lessons Learned/Excellence in Operations Management (EOM) and Program Closing.

Define and initiate projects, and manages in accordance with agreed schedule, cost, service levels and client commitments, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the services provided.
