Master Scheduler 2020-2023
Responsible for the review and approval of contractor schedules at the Port of Los Angeles. This included baseline and update schedules from the contractors and subcontractors. TIAs were developed on the projects behind schedule. There was interface with outside developers, shipping line tenants and Cal Trans. A large amount of interface with each project management team, outside scheduling consultants and upper port management.
The total construction value was in excess of $250M with no claims submitted during Lee’s involvement. Interfaced with over 75 project management staff.

Supported successful operations through the preparation of complex cost, resource, and man-load schedules and summaries for hospitals, master-planned, high-rise, and heavy construction projects. Forecasted completion dates and managed project finances.
Significant Projects:
Played integral role in scheduling and monthly updates of numerous construction projects, including:
Newport Coast, master planned community consisting of 1100 homes on 7.2 square miles, involving 52 consultant entities. All entitlements and infrastructure scheduled.
Rancho Santa Margarita a city of 47,000 people this included streets, utilities, schools, commercial.
Hughes Property, assembled entitlement schedules which later became the master plan of Playa Vista.
SR 71 and SR241 toll roads in Orange County. This was the scheduling of design and layout.
John Wayne Airport the Orange County Airport expansion was the first major renovation of the airport and involved the addition of more gates to increase flight volume. Mr. Vandevort worked in the preparation of the master schedule for the Irvine Company who was the major developer surrounding the airport. This was to ensure that they were fully abreast of the construction going on and how it would interface with their tenants. This included an extensive schedule preparation of the tenant improvement work within the terminal.
