Achieved a significant increase in the Company's overall asset portfolio value from $5m to $40m. Notable accomplishments include:

• Successfully completed multiple equity funding raises, ranging from US$3m to over US$75m;

• Directed expert teams in financial diligence of acquisition opportunities, ranging from US$10m to US$90m;

• Led negotiations on purchase-sale agreements ranging from US$5m to US$120m;

• Advised on new opportunities in marine shipping, crypto mining, and renewable energy;

(10,000 employees) through legal, regulatory and organizational changes based on international best practises;
