Under my leadership, my team at Virginia College-Augusta are on pace to have a student population of 1100 students by mid 2016. Recently, my team of 11 enrollment specialist has enrolled 193 students for the fall 2016 quarter. I consistently lead my enrollment team to a 98% application to start conversion rate and we have closed the 2015 enrollment year with a 14% lead to start, 8% cancel rate after a 28 day provisional period; each Enrollment Specialist has increased their productivity by 10% year over year.

Laurus Technical Institute presented its own unique challenges which needed immediate attention in the areas of solid processes, customer service and relationship building. In a short period of time I began to build strong relationships with three sales teams, my peers and external customers. I increased the student population by 36% in 5 months which allowed the campus to remain in operation. My team of professionals recruited students for: Allied Health and HVAC, Electrical, Maintenance Tech and Welding.

I managed three locations in Decatur, Jonesboro and West Atlanta, which consisted of directors, admissions professionals and administrative personnel.
