Respond to text message leads and questions through in a timely manner through the Kenect app. Create training programs for multiple positions and tests for new employees. Implement these programs with each new hire in order to help them become proficient in our standards, steps of service, and menu. Trying new employees on the multiple apps and websites that are used on a daily basis in the restaurant. Create a schedule for a full week for multiple areas of the restaurant and multiple positions including on- premise and off-premise events, comparing scheduled labor hours to forecasted labor hours available to spend.
