HRIS Manager (2011 – Present)

Drive value by creating and maintaining analytic tools and business processes to support decision-making for all HR areas and business leaders across the organization. Assess the feasibility of system enhancements and process changes and the impact on primary and ancillary systems. Perform system troubleshooting, problem resolution, and support during implementations, integrations, and upgrades with accountability for all supported applications' efficiency, stability, security, and accessibility.
