Executive Director – Pro-Spect Inspection Services August 2017 – June 2022

2022 revenue projection for Dover division is 3.2 million.

Licensed home inspector in the states of Delaware and Maryland.

Passed the National Home Inspector exam in August of 2017.

Conducted over 1000 property inspections in accordance with the State of Delaware Standard of Practice.

Promoted to the Services Director position in 2018 and have held this position for 2 years before being promoted to the Executive Director position.

My duties include oversight, direction, leadership and culture of the home inspection and marketing teams which currently consists of 15 licensed home inspectors, 2 field technicians and 2 growth executives.

Oversee the Pro-Spect Academy which is an accredited InterNACHI academy.

My duties also include training new inspectors, leading monthly inspector meetings, weekly ride-alongs, leadership development, KPI meetings, annual reflections, licensing trainees and inspectors, overseeing client complaints (resolution program, .62% payout percent in 2021), and basic inspector software development and maintenance.

Tasked with maintaining cohesive relations with our customer base (Real Estate Agents). In addition, I work closely with the owner to collaborate on business growth and overall development of Pro-Spect.

Oversee and implement new streams of revenue, including stucco inspections, in-field upgrade program, Infrared Inspections, and virtual home inspections.

Meet monthly with our in-house finance person to review profit and loss. We ran a 56.55% payroll, 23.85% year over year growth, with a 13.95% profit in 2021.

I have 3 lead inspectors that report to me. I have handled the hiring/recruitment process for all our inspector and field technician hires for the past 3 years. I am especially proud of this because the culture at ProSpect is amazing amongst the inspection team.

I developed an in-house “Resolution Academy.” This is a 4-part class that can be held virtually teaching leadership how to handle complaints. The material consists of ideas from books such as “Never Split the Difference,” “Hug Your Haters,” and “How to Win Friends and Influence People,” as well as personal experience/training gained while de-escalating people on the street from previous law enforcement career.

Pastor/Worship Leader – 300 Church Dec 2017 – March 2020

Hired as the worship leader but then became an ordained pastor in January of 2019.

Began pastoring “Harrington Baptist Church” Shortly thereafter, on March 22nd, I rebranded the church to what is now known as “300 Church”.

My duties included preparing and delivering messages that required extensive biblical studies and the delivering of said message to approximately 100 people.

Led the worship band weekly.

Responsible for the general oversight of the church which included maintaining bi-law compliance, weekly meetings with my leadership team of 6 leaders, and maintaining current systems that consisted of but were not limited to: hospitality ministry, coffee bar ministry, children’s ministry, “Merch” Ministry, annual budget development and application, some finance oversight, media oversight, church branding and development, and being the overall visionary and growth catalyst of the organization.

Purchase Agent – Beracah Homes Feb 2017 – August 2017

Duties included reviewing residential home plans and purchasing all materials related to the construction of said homes.

Daily purchases, including but not limited to, framing lumber, interior/exterior trim, electrical and plumbing supplies, structural beams, drywall insulation, windows, siding etc.

Met with vendors and negotiated price rates as well as sought pricing from other vendors.

Responsible for daily communication with plant manager and receiving manager to keep Beracah Homes modular home plant stocked with daily plant stock supplies.

Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor – Weathervane Properties 2015 – Feb 2017

Oversaw and completed the maintenance of 50+ rental properties located in the city of Wilmington DE.

Maintenance duties included plumbing repair, electrical, HVAC, turning units and all phases of property upkeep including carpentry work and material purchasing.

Management duties included obtaining a form 50 and conducting all legal activity related to evictions and rental unit litigation.

Responsible for showing properties to perspective tenants and screening for qualified tenants.
