Coordinator – Human Resources • Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Provided consultative human resources support for retail eyewear chain with 125 company-owned stores in 11 states, a South Florida factory, and 1,500+ employees. In role reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, managed full scope of employee administration including new employee onboarding, benefits, ADP Workforce Now HRIS data management and issue resolution, time and attendance, performance management process, and FMLA, COBRA, and Worker’s Compensation administration. Collaborated on employee relations, training, and compliance.

Managed outstanding people services delivery across the human resources lifecycle. Partnered with HR leadership, line managers, and staff to mature support and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Delivered or facilitated broad employee relations support on broad spectrum of matters. Consulted on employee performance management, attendance, legal compliance, and benefits.

Supported SVP in portfolio of initiatives that increased employee engagement. Introduced onboarding process, negotiated better benefits at lower cost, and effectively socialized performance expectations.
