Hummingbird is responsible for the operation, purchase, maintenance and repair of its subsidiaries plant, machinery and vehicle fleet. - Manage company PMV department to achieve its target in maintaining high availability levels for all company PMV assets.

- Implement and develop effective operation processes considering budget, quality and safety.

- Establish key performance indicators to assess regularly the performance of PMV department.

- Supervise the procurement process of spare parts, consumables, lubricants, tires and tools.

- Setting up central and project stores with controlled inventories.

- Provide technical support for all staff and ensure the availability of all technical information, documents and tools.

- Developing procedures for the assessment and deployment of drivers and operators, maintaining availability levels commensurate with work requirements.

- Ensure the recruitment of highly skilled administrative/ technical staff and workers to streamline the workflow at all levels.

- Develop annual budget, manage expenses within the approved budget, control and monitor Profit/loss through regular intervals .

- Provide group subsidiaries with the required level of support to enhance their efficiency.

- Develop and update internal hire rates for all company equipment and vehicles, evaluate the need for external hire of equipment .
