This includes providing ongoing technical assistance, developing reports in Access for current TABS users is necessary for guidance on the correction of errors already processed, or for verbal direction on questions that arise for more involved TABS entries (billing, residential moves, etc.). I also work in identifying TABS billing “Omissions” or “Discrepancies” each month and resolve matter with responsible staff by accessing various databases and update the records.

Provide supervision and ongoing daily oversight to two QA Clerical staff who are responsible for a variety of tasks that includes processing incoming DDSO mail; data management for ALL voluntary agency consumers; managing data records and maintaining the privacy in our local DDSO Databases for future references.
