Shipping Specialist Hyundai Mobis Alabama 2016- Present I manage daily shipping planning for Instrument Panel parts and bumpers to and for manufacturing of Hyundai and Kia automobiles. I communicate with the shippers (forklift drivers) and customers (suppliers) daily. I assist our customers with any, and all modifications to shipment schedules, all while providing it accurately and timely. I set up daily shipping plans with updates requirements and inventory. I determine the necessary inspection quota prior to shipping. I manage all shipping documents, investigating discrepancies, and review packing slips for each shipment for errors. I was responsible for assuring that the manufactured product is made and assembled correctly prior to being shipped to the customer. Scheduling Coordinator Greil Memorial Psychiatric Hospital 1998 - 2002 I assisted in managing the Finance Director’s daily activities, from monitoring her calendar to performing administrative duties as well as manage office needs and working with the Finance department. I coordinated counseling sessions with patients, their families, caretakers, and or guardians regarding healthcare and services throughout the statewide psychiatric facilities. I accomplished this in person, telephone, and correspondence. Detailed decisions were explained by using extensive knowledge and training provided by Mental Health. This was not limited to services, benefits from Medicaid and Medicare, processing of the claims per patient, and vital information needed to assist the patient.
