Researched and prepared filings to apply for a certificate of authority to transact business in different states as an insurance company and PEO. Corresponded with each Department of Insurance to furnish and fulfill requirements by each state.

On site training. Working to integrate a company specific software package into existing businesses. From matching the data from older systems into this package to training all levels of personnel on the use of the package, also working both in single situations and been part of a team. In all training situations, the most important attributes are communication and personality analysis. Car Choice 12/95-5/97 Assistant Business Manager

Worked with TEAM as an integral part of the store opening. Processed individual deal posting, all the title work for all car deals on a daily basis, along with daily and monthly reports. Processed accounts payable weekly, reconciled cash accounts daily and working all schedules to conclusion.

Eventually, promoted as the Assistant Business manager with appropriate responsibilities.
