Human Resources Manager West TX Area- ProFrac Services June 2022 to present

Supervise recruiting and hiring processes and performing full cycle recruiting to source competent talent to fill all levels of positions for the company.

Provide general project management and HR support on all employee relations.

Build effective relationships with operational departments to understand their business goals and to proactively identify and implement solutions that align with organizational strategies.

Provide counsel to managers, local HR representatives and employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Analyze HR data for the purpose of identifying trends and preparing HR plans (i.e., performance management tracking, vacancy reports, HR scorecard, retention rates, etc.). Ensure overall compliance with state, federal, county and agency requirements as they relate to payroll, benefits, and employment practices.

Assist with compliance related projects and activities, including unemployment processing, ACA, I-9, Affirmative Action, EEOC, etc.
