Apple Inc. - Sr Technical Recruiter January 2018 - August 2018 I supported Apple’s Wireless Tech, Ecosystems & Location Motion. CoreMotion team created innovative ways for users to improve their health with their devices through mo- tion.

Xilinx – Sr Technical Recruiter - Contract to full-time March 2016 - January 2018 Xilinx designs all programmable FPGAs, SOCs and 3DICs. I was hired to ramp up the Hardware and Software teams for a Xilinx’s 7 nanometer technology push. I was

responsible for full cycle recruiting with a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates, especially from targeted competitors.

Apple Inc. – Lead Recruiter Feb 2005 –March 2016

10/14 – 3/16 Special Projects Group (SPG) working on HW sensor related and EPM roles. 8/12 – 10/14 IOS Frameworks team – filled System SW C++ and Objective C roles. 3/07 – 8/12 System on a Chip Team (SOC) Filled roles in Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design and other niche groups. 2/05 - 3/07 Supported the Human Input Devices Team (HID). The roles were Analog Systems and Firmware.

Transmeta Corp – Staffing Manager May 2000 – February 2005 Transmeta develops and sells software-based microprocessors. I was hired to recruit for the VLSI, SW and Product Engineering teams. I soon took over the software re- cruiting responsibilities as well.

In 2001 I started managing Transmeta’s recruiting efforts. I was in charge of a team of 3. We recruited all levels of chip, software compiler, firmware, and board design engineers. Ventro Corp – Engineering Recruiter April 1999 – May 2000 Ventro was spawned from parent company, Chemdex, which was one of the first online B2B e-commerce companies.

I was responsible for sourcing and recruiting staff for software engineering, IT and Q/A departments. I built strong relationships with managers by gaining their confidence and filling their positions in a timely manner.

The companies headcount was 60 at my arrival when I left it was 465. The job duties include recruiting, screening and setting up interviews with the hiring managers, and completing the full cycle of hiring through the candidates’ start date.
