Designed, developed, and implemented the 1st Examinations Processing System for the new Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE) utilizing Oracle/Developer 2000 that automated manual processes. System evolved as the foundation for developing the current processing system for all examinations within the organisation.

Core member of team that designed, developed, and implemented the New Examination Processing System(FAIM) that improved the efficiency and reliability of examinations processing at the Council. Assumed roles as Solutions Architect and Systems Analyst for the build out of new integrated system. Collaborated with external contractor and peers to define requirements, design new functionality, and align system with organisational needs.

Designed and managed critical project to replace legacy St. Lucia National Examinations Processing System with new robust and user-friendly VB.NET system that enabled users to implement data changes and improved reporting capability.
