I was classically trained in French and European cuisines, but also in fast paced catering kitchen and grocery stores. I have worked in various kitchens in many different positions. I’ve built menus from scratch to fit a client’s needs. I’ve also followed countless recipes to a finished product the customer happily enjoyed. Additionally, I have went into a kitchen and deep cleaned everything and retrained a staff and pushed customer service until when regained maintained our customer base. I’ve ordered for massive events and also met and exceeded inventor and shrink goals. Serving delicious and safe food is a passion of mine.
