Sr. HR Recruiter (Contracted through Katmai Government Services) Active Security Clearance

Recruited by government contracting agency to assist with standing-up of CDC’s newly commissioned Data Science Recruitment and Retention Team (DSRRT).

Serve as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) responsible for the design and implementation of DSRRT’s Strategic Plans i.e., the overall program’s “road-map” by which the Data Science Recruitment and Retention Team (DSRRT) would perform its primary function(s).

Utilized various project management skills to advance the CDC brand by spearheading all design and implementation phases of DSRRT’s formalized Information Session and Career Fair procedural rollouts.
