Operations Coordinator - Traffic Tech August 2021 – Present As an Operations Coordinator I am responsible for overseeing transportation and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. In this role I collaborated closely with other transportation teams, clients, and vendors and implemented a rewards-based incentive for carriers that operated within the agreed terms. This resulted in a reduction of shipment errors of 3% which in turn resulted in increased customer satisfaction scores. Other responsibilities included:
