My role as the Demand planning lead is to animate and drive IBP process for different brands, such as MUPs, Adult Cookies, Chips Ahoy and BelVita brands. Market Planning Lead – LUXE

As Corporate Demand in Luxury Division, I was responsible to lead S&OP cycle on American luxury brands and to help improve different workflows. I was managing Ralph Lauren, Kiehls, Clarisonic along with Cacharel, Guy Laroche & Stella McCartney.

Key Achievements:

Established end to end supply chain systems, processes and flows for newly acquired brand “Clarisonic”.

Launched the 1st biggest free-standing store for Kiehls in Dubai Mall.

Improved end to end lead time from 48 days to 21 days (helping in reducing airfreight cost by 45%).

Partnered with 5 distributors to improve their inventory, service and forecasting targets to drive profitable growth.

L’OREAL PAKISTAN, KARACHI, PK NOV-2010 to OCT-2012 Supply & Demand Planning Manager

As Supply & Demand planning manager for CPD & PPD divisions, I was responsible to implement S&OP cycle for both divisions while in parallel implement SAP Business One solution for entire supply chain domain. In this capacity I had 1 person reporting to me.

Established PPD monthly S&OP cycle from scratch (defining the process, cadence and participants). Moved from once every quarterly high-level discussion with GM, Sales & Finance head to having a monthly robust S&OP process with entire multi-functional team.
