I work for the city of Hampton Human services. I work for the organization as a Case Manager in the ABD ongoing department. In this position I prepare case management assessments by identifying individuals needs, coordinating and providing available resources and monitoring services provided. I worked in the public Health field as a Case Investigator and Contact Tracer through the Virginia Department of Health Three Rivers Health District . Detention Specialist
