Marriott Marquis Hotel West Bay Doha Qatar 2013 to till present (Shift Leader)

Ensure the overall Safety and security of the guest, Employees and property Premises.

Investigate and report any violation to law/property policy, Occurrences of Accident, Complaints, Criminal activity and Crisis situation.

Conduct regular patrol Interior and exterior, Cash Counts and crowd control.

Assist guest regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.

Security CCTV equipment – Inspecting the Operations Room to ensure that all equipment is in working order and Cameras are correctly functioning and focused.

Administrative task such as rosters, daily/ monthly reports attendance etc.

Provide secure environments to Guest, Associate and Assets their requested.

Follow the specific procedure for the handling emergency situation ( e. g. evacuation, Medical emergencies, natural disaster )

Fire warden / Marshall trained.

Follow department and company safety and security policies and procedure to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment.

Complies with all Pullman Hotel and Accor brand SOP and LSOP procedure for Loss prevention department at all time.

Escort suspicious or undesirable person off property if warranted.

Monitor CCTV coverage station 24 hours.

Enforce Hotel Associate entrance policy, Red and Green sticker and key Procedure.

Fully familiar with fire emergency plan and also Member of the fire response team.

Coordinate and Monitor daily the hotel key control procedure and systems.

Assist Associate and guest obtain necessary medical attention a timely basis.

Able to administer first Aid/ CPR as needed and ensure security staff are certified first AID/CPR.

Document, report and follow up on safety hazard and violations of the Hotels and company policy.

Ensure all lost and found item are recorded accurately in the lost and found register with housekeeping department. (All valuable items recorded with LP)

Ensure that on hand over of the shift, you are familiar with all activities, which have occurred before your shift and also upcoming events on your shift, update associate on this activities in the hotel.

Ensure security position are cleaned all the time, check all log books, files, security passages, identifications, documents, keys, equipment’s etc. check all associates, contractors, casuals, visitors and any they are carrying on their personal items at the time they enter and leave the hotel.
