HR Business Partner /KIPP NC Public School, Remote Provide vital support to KIPP NC Public Schools’ talent goals and business partnership in aspects of human resources (HR), payroll, organizational development, culture, and employee happiness.

• Process payroll for employee staff (486 employees) using Proliant & NOVATime to ensure timely processing of all payroll changes (salary, title, department, etc.);
