My expertise included augmenting coverage with subline sales such as flood, earthquake, auto, and work comp policies. I exceeded all company quotas and metrics assigned to me. From 1995 to 2011 – full-time top-producing real estate sales agent, and the owner and principal broker of two national franchise locations which I established and capitalized in Arkansas. This provided employment opportunities for 28 agents and staff. In 2005 my company achieved recognition from Coldwell Banker International as the number one affiliate in America among 2,700 offices for the highest number of transactions closed. My responsibilities included design and construction of the offices, the development and implementation of all business operations, hiring, training, supervision of agents and staff, payroll and taxes, company policy, advertising, marketing, budgeting, finance, brand compliance, franchise audits, and CRM. For many years I served on several state committees and as Chairman of the ARA Ethics Committee.
