MANAGEMENT

Worked at Mel Trotter Mission as Guest Services Staff (GSS) instructing residents through daily activities. Responsibilities included de-escalation of problems amongst residents. Also, included patrolling outside of facility as well as pat searching Guests for contraband.

Worked as Liaison between Guests and Staff to ensure fair treatment of Guest that submitted grievances. Resolved issues between Guests while remaining within the scope of the Job description.
