Crider Foods is a $500MM manufacturer of shelf stable and fully cooked products for customers around the globe. Crider is the market leader in canned chicken as well as a major producer of canned turkey, ham, pork, and beef.
Lincoln Premium Poultry was established in 2016 for Costco in collaboration with Costco to serve as their poultry management company.
Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive financial model for feasibility of the project
Develop ramp up analysis for greenfield project (Lincoln Premium Poultry)
Serve on Executive Management team with duties that include weekly financial results and planning quarterly priorities
Hire and manage and supervise accounting, finance, commodity and IT teams
Implement and integrate ERP and other IT systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Kronos, M-Tech, Marel Innova, True Commerce)
Present updates on project progress to Costco Executive Team
Obtain financing for $485MM to build complex in Fremont, NE
Prepare and maintain yield analysis for new plant with financial impacts
Present hedging options to Costco related to the purchase of grains for the feed mill
Present feasibility of project the Costco Executive team
Plant start-up to processing 2,000,000 birds per week within 9 months
Negotiate settlement with primary contractor (QC Supply) for increased costs to build chicken houses and presented to Costco Executive team to obtain additional financing to support the additional costs
Manage all insurance programs for LPP
Develop and manage cash flow for operations
Develop income and cash flow analysis for new pouch division
Prepare price updates for products throughout the year

Terressentia Corporation is a distilled spirits plant with locations in South Carolina, Kentucky and the United Kingdom. Revenue in the fast growing, highly government regulated company increased 12.5 times since 2012.

Manage and supervise accounting and finance staff for parent company, two US subsidiaries and one UK subsidiary
Supervise production and bottling plant in Charleston, SC
