• Managed 450 New Build Sites for the Michigan market from RF design to Real Estate complete, including forecasting milestones to meet the Speed-to-Market objectives.

• Internal liaison between RF, System Performance, Construction, and Real Estate to meet deliverables.

• Manage 15 outside vendors and run weekly vendor deployment meeting to ensure all milestones are completed Speed-to-Market.

Self Employed Consulting (March 2015 – June 2016)

• Independent wireless consulting for several firms across the country as an independent contractor. General Dynamics (Project Manager) (September-2012 – March 2015)

• Regional Manager for General Dynamics over Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Managed over 1500 sites on the Network Vision project for Sprint from design to NTP, with 1100 sites of those sites NTP’d in 6 months. Managed 30+ employees and contractors as well as reporting to Sprint daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly forecasting.

MetroPCS (Real Estate Manager) (October-2010 – September-2012)

• Real Estate/Property Manager for MetroPCS South Florida region managing 640+ cell sites and overseeing several projects in 2010/2011 period. 130 LTE sites, 316 EVDO sites, 216 New Builds, 320 modification sites.

Proteus Services (Senior Manager) (October-2008 – October 2010)

• Project Manager overseeing over 100+ New Build, Decommissioning, Modifications, as well as Construction Management for Verizon Wireless in the South Texas market. Managed over the MetroPCS project for Proteus Services in South Florida including 40 New Build and 60 Amendment sites.

Sprint/Nextel (September-2007 – October-2008)

• Project Manager for the Florida market overseeing the Sprint/Nextel merger period. TriCom, Inc. (Formerly USA Properties) (October-2002 – October-2006)

• Managed TriCom’s iPCS $6M wireless contract in Michigan; contract covered the site selection, zoning and acquisition of 250+ properties.

American Tower (September-2001 – September-2002)

• Managed all aspects of site acquisition and zoning (through building permit stage) for 210+ American Tower sites in Michigan and Ohio

o Managed site acquisition agents and coordinators for more than 200 amendments and leases for Sprint/Nextel

o Lead weekly cellular tower acquisition status update meetings with Verizon, Nextel, AT&T, Sprint, and ALLTEL management teams
