Developed and implemented standardized business metrics and KPI’s as part of the corporate procurement strategy resulting in a 23% reduction in technology spend over two years while simultaneously identifying and quantifying risk across the organization.

Saved more than 60% of the suggested consulting cost of this Enterprise IT Asset Management function through the skilled use of automation and prioritization processes and practices.

In an executive development role, was appointed as internal consultant to the CPO with the responsibility to lead and author a new corporate vendor management discipline.
