2008 – 2022 Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager African Methodist Episcopal Church Department of Retirement Services Memphis TN Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to filing, photocopying, taking, and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, providing backup to switchboard, and ordering supplies.

Read and analyze incoming memos, letters, and reports to determine their significance and distribute appropriately. Enter and maintain participants’ data in automated system.
