Task and Responsibilities:

Comprehend and align with Abu Dhabi Airport Company (ADAC) RMBC policies and objectives. Formulate comprehensive plans, processes, and protocols in adherence to ADAC policies to achieve objectives. Facilitate collaboration among subject matter experts (stakeholders) to systematically identify risks using established processes. Oversee the ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and execution of mitigation strategies aimed at reducing risks to an acceptable level across operational, HSE, business, and statutory domains within airport Aerodrome and Terminals, following ICAO, IATA, and GCAA guidelines. Construct a robust FM (Facilities Management) Business Continuity Plan encompassing vital components such as communication and escalation protocols, procedures for protection, repair, and restoration, along temporary recovery arrangements. Identify high-impact risks that could affect airport operations, while also organizing and leading drills to educate FM stakeholders.

Conduct audits to evaluate FM stakeholders' compliance with risk identification processes and readiness concerning business continuity protocols and available resources. Facilitate closed discussions with FM stakeholders, subject matter experts, and airport stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

Generate regular monthly/weekly reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and statistical analyses. Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance awareness and foster cooperation among relevant audiences.
